Meditation Timers!

From Aaron:

I came across this site, which has free meditation timers that can either be streamed or downloaded. There are bell and singing bowl options, and options for different increments of time, beginning with 5 minutes. I find it helpful so I don't clock watch while practicing, and also less of an abrupt ending compared to a phone alarm. From Jonathan:

Free Book on "The Mindful Way to Study"

Dear Colleagues,

My coauthor and I have decided to make the Kindle version of The Mindful Way To Study permanently free. Given that this is the beginning of the school year for many of you, we're asking that you pass the information along to those who you believe may benefit.  All they have to do is go to Amazon and order the Kindle version.  There will be no charge.

Book Link on Amazon: http://amzn.to/1O2wCk8

For the social media-savvy crowd. Post sharing and such would be very much appreciated.

Best to all,

Jake J. Gibbs
